Chelsea FC have finally agreed to sign ValentÃn Barco from Strasbourg.
He will become the first signing of the Xabi Alonso era at Stamford Bridge.Barco joined Blue Co-owned Strasbourg on a permanent deal for a fee of €10M last summer following an initial loan move from Brighton.
