Sporting director Deco recently held talks with the striker’s agent, Fernando Hidalgo, as well as intermediaries Andy Bara and Juanma López, before Joan Laporta joined the meeting.Barça’s hierarchy left convinced that Álvarez wants the move and has already informed Atlético Madrid of his desire to play at Camp Nou.
