The 28-year-old has already informed Bournemouth he will not renew his contract, attracting interest from Manchester United, Juventus and Atlético Madrid.
Spurs are currently leading the race but the deal is dependent on them staying in the Premier League, with Senesi unwilling to play in the Championship.
