Luka Modrić has set three conditions for AC Milan before deciding on a new deal.
The 39-year-old wants a squad capable of finishing in the top 3, guaranteed Champions League football, and Massimiliano Allegri to remain as coach.
If all are met, Modrić could extend and play UCL football at 41 becoming the oldest outfield player in the competition.
