Manchester United have decided to allow Jadon Sancho to leave on a free transfer next summer following his loan spell at Aston Villa, despite having the option to extend his deal by another year.
The club are understood to prefer cutting their losses rather than committing to another season of Sancho’s £200,000-a-week wages.
