Marc Guiu is eyeing a dramatic return to Sunderland during the January transfer window.
Despite the 19-year-old only being recalled from his loan spell at the Black Cats in August.He moved in the summer for some much needed experience and game time but his stay was cut short due to Chelsea's injuries in forward positions.
He's played just 16 minutes of football since his recall to Chelsea.
