Manuel Neuer decide to extend his contract at FC Bayern until 2027, no one at the club will stand in his way.
The club's bosses would even 'hand him the pen' to sign the contract with considerably more conviction than last time.Within Bayern, they believe that since Neuer no longer plays for the national team, his body has been getting enough rest and no longer struggles with injuries. A final decision is expected around Christmas to early new year.
As things stand, a contract extension is the most likely outcome, which means the Jonas Urbig plan to succeed Neuer would be postponed to summer 2027.
