Manchester United co owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has vetoed a surprise move for Robert Lewandowski.
The Polish striker is in the final year of his Barcelona contract and has yet to be offered an extension.Although he’s expected to become a free agent next summer, Ratcliffe has made it clear that United will avoid repeating past errors by steering clear of ageing stars nearing the end of their careers.
