Chelsea and Barcelona are monitoring Dinamo Zagreb's 16-year-old wonderkid forward Cardoso Varela.
Varela is under contract with Dinamo Zagreb until June 2028, the feeling is he'll be available for transfer for around €5M.Barça sporting director Deco has already met his agent, Andy Bara, because he also represents Dani Olmo.
