Nigerian afro beat sensation, Asake who has been representing Nigeria music and Africa in general has made his fans proud by showing up on the list of nominees at the VMA Awards this summer.

His recent hits which he dropped made it to the list and his song, "Active" which features American rapper and songwriter, Travis Scott has been nominated as the Best Afro Beats song.
