EPL football club, Arsenal FC have been in close talks with Bayern Leverkusen FC very own 23 year old left-back, Piero Hincapie and they are almost closing in on signing him to the football club to shine with them for this very new season.

The past summer has been interesting and entertaining for his camp and manager and they are interested in continuing his career at the Emirates Stadium.

They gave been in loan talks for the football youngster and an obligation to buy after a loan season at the football club.
